What forms of payment do you accept?
  • We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and even PayPal.
What's your shipping policy?
Your item will ship within 24-48 hours. Orders placed after 2:00pm on Fridays will be shipped the following business day. 
  • Once your package leaves Shop Spangled the approximate arrival times—based on USPS estimates—are as follows:
USPS First Class Mail: 2-7 business days
USPS Priority Mail: 1-3 business days


**Arrival times may change due to inclement weather conditions or holidays.
Please keep in mind that we are not responsible for an item once it is in the hands of USPS and refunds or replacements will not be issued for lost or damaged items.
We ship all orders to the address provided by the customer at checkout. Please contact us immediately if you notice an error in the address after you complete your purchase.


What is your return policy? 
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us within 14 days to coordinate return shipping. The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive your returned item we’ll refund the full cost of the item (minus initial shipping costs). 


What is your exchange policy?
Reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order to let us know that you would like to exchange the item and what product you would like to exchange it for. Then ship us back the item that you would like to exchange. Upon receipt of the item we will ship out the new item, if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • No returns/exchanges after 14 days from purchase
What if I want to cancel my order?
  • Please contact us as soon as possible if you decide to cancel your order. If your item has not yet been shipped, we will be happy to refund your order amount and shipping charges to the original payment method. 
  • If you want to cancel your order but it has already shipped, please see our return policy. 
My package is lost or damaged. What do I do?
  • In the rare event your package is lost or damaged during shipment, please let us know. We’ll be here to help you locate it or provide the information necessary for you to submit a claim to the carrier.
Do you ship internationally? 
  • We do not offer international shipping at this time.
